Nala

the Loyal and Loving Companion

Nala is a 2.5 to 3 year old female with a gentle heart, a social spirit, and so much love to give. She was found starving in a village area, searching desperately for food and safety. We do not know what her life looked like before rescue or whether she ever had puppies, but the moment she saw help, she ran straight into our arms without hesitation. She closed her eyes, leaned into the warmth, and never looked back.

Since the day she was rescued, Nala has been living in a home environment where she has shown herself to be an affectionate, confident, and incredibly loving dog. She forms strong bonds with people and truly enjoys being close to those around her. Nala is the type of dog who feels what you feel and quietly stands beside you through everything.

Nala is friendly with all dogs and loves being part of daily life. She is social, outgoing, and happy to accompany her people wherever they go. She walks well on a leash, is house trained, and stays calm and quiet during car rides. She also absolutely adores her cozy teepee bed and enjoys having a comfortable space to relax after a day of adventures.

She has an active personality and enjoys movement, play, and exploring the world around her. At the same time, she has a soft and affectionate side that makes her the perfect cuddle companion. Nala loves attention, enjoys being handled and picked up, and approaches life with openness and trust despite her difficult past.

What she’s looking for

Nala is looking for a loving forever home where she can truly belong. She would thrive with people who want a loyal companion by their side and who will include her in everyday life, adventures, and quiet moments alike.

She would do well in an active home where she can continue enjoying walks, exploring new places, and spending time with her people. Nala can live happily with other dogs, but she should not live with cats as she enjoys chasing them, along with pigeons and other small animals due to a possible hunting instinct. She can also be protective of her food while eating, so this simply requires understanding and respectful management during mealtimes.

Nala has already experienced abandonment and hardship, yet she remains full of trust, warmth, and love. She is waiting for someone who will choose her forever and give her the safe, happy life she has always deserved.
